Return & Exchange Policy

At HOTEP, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create and want you to shop with confidence.

Exchanges

* We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Returns

* Returns are accepted only if the item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.
* All returns must be processed through our designated courier service.
* To request a return, please contact our customer support team, and we will arrange the courier pickup.
* Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions above.
